Church Census Survey

Our church family is growing, evolving, and continuing to serve our community in new ways. To better understand and support the needs of our congregation, we are conducting a Church Census Survey.

This survey will help us gather important demographic information about our members and regular attendees, including household information, children's age groups, and ways we can contact you in an emergency. Think of it as the church version of “getting the family group chat organized before somebody’s aunt changes her phone number again.”

Your participation is extremely important. The information collected will help church leadership:

• Improve communication with members

• Better plan ministries and programs

• Understand the needs of our congregation

• Strengthen outreach and community engagement

• Ensure our records are accurate and up to date

We are asking every member and regular attendee to complete the survey as soon as possible. The survey only takes a few minutes, but the information will make a lasting impact on how we serve our church family moving forward.

Please complete the survey here by June 7, 2026: https://form.jotform.com/261357072842054

If you need assistance completing the survey, please contact Pastor V.

Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more connected church community!
